Cancellations and returns policy
Schlesinger Watches will be happy to help with returning or exchanging the goods within 14 business days.
The return of the item must be in the exact same condition as it was sent:
A new product that has not been used, without marks on the product,
With original packaging, warranty certificate, tags and instruction manuals.
Schlesinger Watches is not responsible for any product that is not returned in the manner listed above.
Know that the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 states that if you choose to cancel the transaction, the company may collect a cancellation fee at the rate of 100 new shekels or 5% of the product price, whichever is lower.
The credit will be made in the manner in which the payment was made within 14 working days from the day of the refund.
